An Appeal

We are looking several News channels and other programmes in the TV media.  Ofcourse It is the meadia reaching nook and corner of the world today.  There are several Indian News channels that are presenting more and more news on SOLAR TSUNAMI and the RADIATION MENANCE OF OTHER STARS.  The discussion is just disgusting and making one more dlammatic of nature.  If we find the real NASA and other ASTRONOMICAL SCIENCE REASERCH LABORATORY explanations we will never find the false and ambiguous doubts about the abve said issues.
We are drwoing into the doubtful world of persuming false facts of the MEDIA creaters that the EARTH will lose its livelihood in the forth coming decad itself. Fortunate or unfortunate to say that the Channels  are using the NAMES OF "NASA" Scientists and explaining in the name of them. 
The rural people of India today really beleiving that Earth will be filled with eaither  Water or Ice.!!!!!
Know not that it will happen in the near future or centuries to go..!!!!
The discussion is on ....everywhere and with half knowledge....

A Study of Earth Quacks in India

The record of earthquakes in India is patchy prior to 1800 and its improvement is much impeded by its dispersal in a dozen local languages, and several colonial archives. Although geological studies will necessarily complement the historical record, only two earthquakes of the dozens of known historic events have resulted in surface ruptures, and it is likely that geological data in the form of liquefaction features will be needed to extend the historic record beyond the most recent few centuries.  Damage from large Himalayan earthquakes recorded in Tibet and in northern India suggests that earthquakes may attain M=8.2. Seismic gaps along two-thirds of the Himalaya that have developed in the past five centuries, when combined with geodetic convergence rates of approximately 1.8m/century, suggests that one or more M=8 earthquakes may be overdue. The mechanisms of recent earthquakes in Peninsular India are consistent with stresses induced in the Indian plate flexed by its collision with Tibet.  A region of abnormally high seismicity in western India appears to be caused by local convergence across the Rann of Kachchh and possibly other rift zones of India. Since the plate itself deforms little, this deformation may be related to incipient plate fragmentation in Sindh or over a larger region of NW India.

The tectonic setting of India's collision with Asia is now reasonably well characterized from recent seismicity and geodetic studies of relative motion at their plate boundaries.   Direct measurements across and within the Himalaya reveal a locking line beneath the edge of the Tibetan Plateau and the absence of creep to its south (Bilham et al, 1995; 1998; 2001), implying that the advance of the Himalaya over the Indian plate proceeds largely through the recurrence of great plate boundary earthquakes. 

Earthquakes within the Indian Plate are attributable to the superposition of the NW compressional stress of collision, on the stresses arising from plate flexure. The depth and mechanisms of recent earthquakes reflect the sense of these combined stresses.

A several millennia-long written record in India has revealed few major earthquakes prior to the past two centuries.  This is partly due to the fact that extant records have yet to be searched rigorously for earthquakes, but is in part due to the corruption of potentially valuable records and their loss through fire, war and decay.  Despite their sparseness it is likely that documents on historic earthquakes will surface in Tibetan, Urdu and Arabic records that will change current estimates of the significance of seismic gaps in the Himalaya, and may change our understanding of earthquakes within the Indian continent.

Our current understanding of Himalayan earthquakes is such that we may calculate potential slip in several segments of the plate boundary, but we cannot estimate the timing of future events.  Making assumptions about the probable completeness of the historic seismic record we can estimate relative seismic hazard, or we can estimate minimum slip potential based on the time since the last known earthquake (Bilham et al., 2001).  This has moderate relevance to planning for future earthquakes.  The eventual establishment of recurrence intervals for Himalayan ruptures will require a combination of serendipitous historical studies and geological trench investigations of faulting and earthquake-induced liquefaction features.

The data were previously released as part of a long, 120-degree view of the plane our galaxy. Now, data from the very center of that picture are being presented at a different contrast to better highlight this jam-packed region. In visible-light pictures, it is all but impossible to see the heart of our galaxy, but infrared light penetrates the shroud of dust giving us this unprecedented view.
In this Spitzer image, the myriad of stars crowding the center of our galaxy creates the blue haze that brightens towards the center of the image. The green features are from carbon-rich dust molecules, called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which are illuminated by the surrounding starlight as they swirl around the galaxy's core. The yellow-red patches are the thermal glow from warm dust. The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and dust are associated with bustling hubs of young stars. These materials, mixed with gas, are required for making new stars.
The brightest white feature at the center of the image is the central star cluster in our galaxy. At a distance of 26,000 light years away from Earth, it is so distant that, to Spitzer's view, most of the light from the thousands of individual stars is blurred into a single glowing blotch. Astronomers have determined that these stars are orbiting a massive black hole that lies at the very center of the galaxy.
The region pictured here is immense, with a horizontal span of 2,400 light-years (5.3 degrees) and a vertical span of 1,360 light-years (3 degrees). Though most of the objects seen in this image are located near the galactic center, the features above and below the galactic plane tend to lie closer to Earth.
The image is a three-color composite, showing infrared observations from two of Spitzer instruments. Blue represents 3.6-micron light and green shows 8-micron light, both captured by Spitzer's infrared array camera. Red is 24-micron light detected by Spitzer's multiband imaging photometer. The data is a combination of observations from the Galactic Legacy Infrared Mid-Plane Survey Extraordinaire (GLIMPSE) project, and the Multiband Imaging Photometer for Spitzer Galactic survey (MIPSGAL).

SUPER MOON AND JAPAN TRAGEDY

It is very obvious and foolish to say that the SUPER MOON is having its impact over Japan's Tregedy that is ringing in the minds of Netigens is only foolish. There is no connection with the Moon's Closer Orbit with Earth Quacks and Tsunamis happening on Earth. The Orbit of the Moon is nearer to Earth ofcourse.

On March 19, 2011 the Moon will pass by Earth at a distance of 356,577 kilometers (221,567 miles) – the closest pass in 18 years . In my world, this is known as lunar perigee and a normal lunar perigee averaging a distance of 364,397 kilometers (226,425 miles) happens… well… like clockwork once every orbital period. According to astrologer, Richard Nolle, this month’s closer than average pass is called an Extreme SuperMoon. “SuperMoon is a word I coined in a 1979 article for Dell Publishing Company’s HOROSCOPE magazine, describing what is technically termed a perigee-syzygy; i.e. a new or full Moon (syzygy) which occurs with the Moon at or near (within 90% of) its closest approach to Earth (perigee) in a given orbit.” says Richard. “In short, Earth, Moon and Sun are all in a line, with Moon in its nearest approach to Earth.”


Neil Tyson is an astrophysicist at New York City's American Museum of Natural History. He tells INSIDE EDITION that the earthquakes have nothing to do with what the moon is doing.

"We get earthquakes all the time. The fact that we can't yet predict earthquakes with accuracy leads people to reach, grab into the sky for forces that they want to blame a catastrophe on," he says.

So let us end the discussion that the SUPER MOON may cause catasrophe on Earth and enjoy the Full Moon on 19th March 2011.


Unfortunately the Japan recived the tragedy.  If [ this very stupid word makes me fearful] India in the Easteren side of Globe { if is If} NO WAY!!!!! Andaman Nicobar & Lakshdeep and many parts of Indian continent will disappear.

We have to be more careful with the Experieence of Japan and learn to be far more better in estimating the comming Tsunasmis in the near Future.

OBSERVING SUPER MOON ON 19TH OF MARCH

We the people at FOCUS are planning to view the Full Moon[Super Moon] with our Telescope from the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium at present and take the images of the surface to keep our selves Edutaned.  The Telescope is simple to be located at the PROPOSED VIZIANAGARAM SCIENCE CITY with the devine blessings of lots of our like minded people.. We wish to make many more of such proposals and keep them ready for the next rural generations of Coastal Andhra Pradesh with the help of the society as a hole.

The super moon 2011 will mean that it will be brighter and larger in the sky than other full moons, but some believe that the super moon is connected to natural disasters.
For many experts, that is a false association, and they say that any kind of cycle connected to natural disasters is just a coincidence, and the moon has no effect on any flood or earthquake going on on the earth.
Past super moons have been connected to the Indonesian earthquake in 2005, and a massive flood in Australia in 1954.

INDIA IS NO WAY CONCERNED?

As per experts of the International Astro Physics Department it is not a facter for disasters like one in Japan on 11-3-2011 mid day. It is a only a coincedence of things that taske place in the Universe.

The Profile of our Dream

Ramatheertham is located 12km from Vizianagaram near champa river (Nellimarla mandal). It is in between bhaskara lake and neelachalam. Sree Ramachandra is the presiding deity of this temple. Legend Pandavas (dwapara yuga) after the defeat in the game of dice, requested lord sree krishna to accompany him in their Aranya vasam. Lord then told pandavas that he has lived in Dandakaranya with seetha and lakshmana during ramavataram, so he asked them to live in the same place and gave them an idol of rama seetha and lakshamana. Lord asked pandavas to prey to this idol and that they will be protected. Temple The famous ancient temple of Ramachandra Swamy can be found over here. The beautiful idols of Lord Ramachandra Swamy, Sita Devi and Lakshmana in Silver kavachas can be seen at this temple. There is a beautiful lake in vicinity of the temple. One has to visit this temple for its serenity. The festivals of Sri Ramanavami and Vaikunta Ekadasi are celebrated with pomp and fervour here. You can see many tortoises with Vishnu Namams on their backs, roaming around in the temple. There is also a Rama Stambham installed by Pedda Jeeyar. Near to this temple, there is a black hill on which you can find the ruins of some Buddhist and Jain structures.

If the Science City is located in and around this Holy Place it attracts the interests of common.
